General Requirements & Guidelines *…

For “Mortgage Minimizer” Program Subscribers *:

**Starting the 14th month there shall be an optional annual fee of $97.oo for continual updating (if any) and access to the “coaching & drip systems”. This include new personal branding and company information!

  • Any changes to the custom Branding during the 1st year will be “at no charge”

  • Subscribers will be charges any applicable state &/or federal taxes, as required. *

  • “Complimentary Copy” of either or both programs will be provided upon request and shall be reviewed, tested and confirmed to work on the subscriber’s systems prior to any other agreement being finalized.

  • Singles Versions are only useable by the Homeowner for whom they were ordered, but can be used on multiple loans or properties
